If you haven't received your beauty box and are wondering about its status, please don't worry! We're thrilled to have you as part of our community and are working diligently to ensure all our members receive their beauty boxes promptly. Here's what you can do:
Check Your Email: We send shipment updates, including tracking numbers, to your registered email. Please check both your inbox and spam folder for any communication from us regarding your shipment.
Track Your Package: Once you receive your tracking number, you can use it to check the current status of your delivery on the carrier's website.
Contact Us: If you've checked and still have concerns or if you haven't received a tracking number, please contact us.

If your beauty box was returned to The Stay Beautiful Foundation, it's likely due to an incorrect or outdated address. We're eager to ensure you receive your box in the next quarter, so we kindly ask you to verify and send us your current address.
You can update your address by:
Contacting Us Directly: Reach out to us via email or phone, and provide your updated address information. We'll update your details and confirm once it's done.
Updating Through Your Account: If you have an account with us, log in and update your shipping address directly in your profile.
Once we have your updated address, we'll make sure your beauty box reaches you promptly in the next quarter.
If your address was rejected by our shipping provider, it means we were unable to send your beauty box to you. To resolve this and ensure you receive your box, please provide us with a correct or new address within the next five days by reaching out to us via email. Providing the updated address promptly will allow us to send your box without further delay.
However, if we don’t receive an updated address within five days, we will hold your box and ship it to you in the next quarter.
